It takes place in the first week of December in Sineu. The fair revolves around what the Mallorcan slaughters were like. During this festival there is also a recreation of traditional slaughters, a photographic exhibition on slaughters, all kinds of tastings, a bot dance demonstration, an exhibition and sale of animals, a display and sale of crafts and decorations, and a parade with the xeremiers of Sineu, among other things.
